Graphic Design and Web Design Intern

This project was created for Image Builders Marketing Inc. to create consistent quality content of varying formats following a brief from varying clientele across digital and web formats.
BRIEF SNAPSHOT
Client:
Image Builders Marketing inc. 
Objective:
Translate varying client briefs into production-ready design solutions, moving efficiently from concept and proofing to final execution and vendor handoff.

Audience:
Different local companies (B2B) in need of internal websites. People in need of shirts or merchandise for events etc. the more specific clientele is the people attending such an event if the design needs to be more complex. Often it was more about formatting based on their desires. 

Constraints:
Timeline: Rapid turnaround, often within days.
Formats: Screenprint, UV print, embroidery, digital assets, SKU creation, and laser production — each with distinct technical specifications and file requirements.

MY ROLE & OWNERSHIP
I was responsible for:
Managed website upkeep and created new SKUs aligned with updated product catalogs and client requirements.
Contributed to the development and standardization of internal brand assets to ensure long-term consistency across digital and social channels.
Developed and executed email and SMS marketing concepts aligned with campaign objectives and production timelines.
Coordinated with production teams and vendors to ensure accurate file preparation and smooth project handoff.
Prepared design files for laser production, accounting for material constraints and output precision.
Created print-ready separations for screenprinting, ensuring color accuracy and efficient press setup.
Executed custom client design requests across apparel, digital, and promotional materials in response to evolving project briefs.
STRATEGIC THINKING
Workflows were structured to support high-volume, fast-turnaround production environments while maintaining visual
consistency and technical precision.

This approach enabled projects to remain aligned with brand standards and production timelines despite shifting client demands and seasonal workload fluctuations.


SYSTEM / EXECUTION CONTEXT
The final system supported both internal marketing initiatives and client-facing projects, allowing assets to adapt across production methods without compromising clarity, brand integrity, or technical accuracy.

By aligning creative execution with operational constraints, projects moved more efficiently from concept to production, maintaining quality standards across tight timelines.
