Role: Marketing and Operation Coordinator (Contract)
Responsibilities included planning, concepting, producing, and publishing marketing assets and campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media, with email and SMS marketing executed through Klaviyo. I managed all marketing initiatives and customer service efforts while collaborating with a supervisor for daily check-ins and revisions. Additional duties included designing seasonal and featured product packaging, branded merchandise, advertising materials, dielines, and photography, as well as maintaining and updating the Shopify website, managing SEO-aligned blog content, creating SKUs and product pages, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution across all channels. 
Approach
I approached each project through an iterative process involving frequent check-ins with the owners across concepting, planning, production, and copy refinement. While the back-and-forth often lacked constructive direction and contributed to a challenging work environment, I remained adaptable and focused on collaboration, ultimately helping produce strong, effective marketing and creative content.
